What Clearly is

Clearly tracks your skin over time from photos you take yourself. It does not name a condition, recommend a prescription or a dose, and does not replace seeing a doctor.

Subscription and billing

Clearly is $6.99 a week or $34.99 a year. There is no free tier and no trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID by Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For other questions, reach out at clearlysupport@gmail.com.

Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use Clearly.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Deleting it, in Settings, removes everything immediately and can't be undone.

Limitation of liability

Clearly is provided as-is, without warranty, to the fullest extent the law allows. Samuel Joseph Goldy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Clearly after a change means you accept the update.
